UAE and Argentina Strengthen Bilateral Relations

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with Argentine Foreign Minister Gerardo Werthein to enhance cooperation in economic, trade, and investment sectors between the two nations.


UAE and Argentina Strengthen Bilateral Relations

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Gerardo Werthein, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of Argentina in Abu Dhabi today. The ministers discussed bilateral relations and opportunities for cooperation in various sectors such as economics, trade, and investment.

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed his pleasure at Gerardo Werthein's visit and confirmed the UAE's commitment to strengthening its relations with Argentina. The aim is to enhance cooperation for the mutual benefit of both countries and to contribute to the prosperity of their peoples.

The meeting was attended by important officials such as Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi, Minister of Investment; Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation; Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State; and Saeed Abdullah Al Qamzi, UAE Ambassador to Argentina.

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a written message from President Javier Milei of Argentina concerning bilateral relations between the two countries. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan accepted the message on behalf of the UAE.
